This journey of discovery led her to graduate school where she delved into the wonders of Tropical Ecology in Costa Rica, exploring the lush rainforests and diverse wildlife. From the untamed beauty of Uganda to the sun-kissed shores of Mexico and the rhythmic charm of the Dominican Republic, her travels have been a symphony of adventure. As a true culinary enthusiast, Susan is always in search of the next unforgettable dining experience, blending rich flavors with the thrill of discovery. Travel has become a family affair as well—Susan shares these adventures with her husband and kids, who equally embrace the joy of exploring new places. Together, they’re building memories that will last a lifetime, adding even more meaning to each new destination.
